Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision and mentoring play an important role in supporting confidence and competence as a paediatric occupational therapist. Angela loves developing others and sharing her knowledge on all things sensory, attachment and trauma. Supervision can be delivered in the following formats: individual, peer or small group via telehealth.

Angela is also a registered mentor through Sensory Integration Education (SIE) UK for students completing post-graduate study in Sensory Integration.

Feedback on Clinical Supervison

During one and a half years of receiving clinical supervision online, Angela has provided expert guidance in areas such as clinical reasoning regarding paediatric clients, implementing sensory attachment interventions, treatment planning and managing a growing private practice. Angela has provided encouragement and constructive feedback which has enabled me to confidently practice as a therapist and persevere through some difficult challenges. Angela excels at creating a 'safe space' for the clinician to share the highs and lows of being a therapist with no air of judgement. At the end of each session, I feel revitalised, equipped and supported to continue my journey as an Occupational Therapist.”
